About Him
Personality-wise, I'd say I'm: basically easy-going; serious and reflective at times, but always up for a good laugh and some fun; broad-minded and not that influenced by popular culture and opinion.
I put a lot of effort into my work (IT), but devote every spare moment to recreation, relaxation and hobbies.
I love forest/mountain/beach walks; cooking; eating; watching DVDs; listening to/playing music (learning drums !); reading; going away to Betty's Bay for weekends; relaxing with family and friends.
I'm nuts about music - especially 60's and 70's: Jimi Hendrix, and fusion jazz-rock are my favourites.
Socially, I enjoy a good braai, dinner out or a party with a few friends, but am not one to rush off to clubs or big parties. Being a bit of an introvert, I prefer smaller social groups.
My sense of humour tends toward the obscure and off-the-wall: Monty Python and the Simpsons are my favourites.
I have recently become interested in and started meditation. OHMMMM :)
