About Him
Once bitten, twice shy... That is the story of all of our lives. The question remains- how does one handle the aftermath of any relationship. No matter how or why it ended, there was a time that it was good, and that is what I want to remember- but NOT refer to!
I need... Yes I am using the dreaded word "need", let me elaborate, we all have needs, but as long as it remains a need and not a demand, it can be fulfilled willingly by ones partner.
Let's try again then:
I need companionship, honesty, love (obviously that develops over time) and physical touch (not necessarily be leading to intimacy) but if ever there was "rhetorical" statement, this is one, as we all need these things in life.
Here is where I am now, my book is open, the page is blank and my pencil sharp and ready to write! ...write a new story in my life but also to take notes of the desires in your life and to strive to make them come true for you.

Of cause "perfect match" is relative, but here goes:
NON-SMOKER- it is a total deal-breaker for me.
Someone that can communicate. I'm no mind reader, so please tell me what is bothering you, and I will do my best to understand AND do something about it. At half-a-century-plus, we all have irritating habits that we are not even aware of, but an outsider quickly pick up on that and it becomes an issue, sooner than later. If it does not become an issue immediately, I have NO doubt it will become one down the line, while communication could have prevented it ...finding myself back here to repeat the cycle of dating- I am NO serial dater, that is what I did quarter-of-a-century ago.
I'm a touchy-feely person, and my match should be that too. Physical touch is something I thrive on. Please don't get me wrong, I am not saying all touch has to lead to something more intimate (but I am certainly not averse to that either) No, it is simply a pleasurable moment, that can be enjoyed anywhere.
